    Welcome to Forex Zephyr A.I. By accessing or using our AI trading platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

    1. Account Terms

      1. Eligibility Requirements:
        1. You must be at least 18 years old
        2. You must provide accurate registration information
        3. You may only maintain one active account
      2. Account Security:
        1. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
        2. You must immediately report unauthorized access
        3. Forex Zephyr A.I reserves the right to freeze suspicious accounts

    2. Trading Terms

      1. AI Bot Operation:
        1. Bots trade automatically based on our proprietary algorithms
        2. Historical performance doesn't guarantee future results
        3. You may stop trading at any time
      2. Investment Rules:
        1. Minimum investment amounts apply per bot
        2. Profits are calculated daily and compounded
        3. Withdrawals may be subject to processing times

    3. Financial Terms

      1. Deposits and Withdrawals:
        1. Minimum withdrawal amount: $50
        2. Processing time: 1-3 business days
        3. Transaction fees may apply
      2. Profit Distribution:
        1. Daily profits credited to account balance
        2. Withdrawals available once minimum threshold is reached
        3. Forex Zephyr A.I takes 10% commission on net profits

    4. User Responsibilities

      1. Compliance with all applicable laws
      2. No fraudulent activity or market manipulation
      3. No reverse engineering of our AI systems
      4. Responsible for all taxes on earnings

    5. Limitation of Liability

      1. Forex Zephyr A.I isn't liable for:
        1. Market losses beyond our stated win rates
        2. Technical issues beyond our control
        3. Unauthorized account access due to user negligence
      2. Maximum liability limited to last 30 days of fees paid

    6. Termination

      1. We may terminate accounts for:
        1. Violation of these terms
        2. Suspicious activity
        3. Inactivity exceeding 6 months
      2. Users may close accounts at any time

    Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

    Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
